Christmas Decoration Project

7. Print and get approval before cutting

After using the ellipse tool to create the surrounding circle I drew the character Lancer in photoshop. I warped the text and made some normal text as well.
Tools Used: Ellipse Tool, Photoshop, and Warp Tool.

Ornament Project
1. Have a hole to make it a keychain.
2. Use complex shapes.

I created the text by combining rectangles and other shapes. The hole in the corner was made by creating by using the hole shape.
Tools Used: Tinkerkat.

Infographic Project

Making this project I image traced all of the images and ungrouped the shapes so that I could change their color. I added the background from an image I used and put an effect on the title.
Tools Used: Image Trace, Warp Tool, and Drop Shadow.

Word-Art Project
1. Use WordArt.com to create a word cloud.
2. Containing 7 or 8 nouns, verbs, and 10 adjectives.
3.Must be unity between words and shape.

I used many more words than I needed and used the image of a city for the word art. The overall theme was 'city'.
Tools Used: WordArt.com and Invert Color.

Cityscape Project
1. Find or sketch a cityscape.
2. Create buildings with simple and complex shapes.
3. Write a paragraph explaining how you will accomplish this all.

This was one of the first projects I made. In this project, I sketched my own cityscape, made a few buildings with complex shapes, and posted my paragraph on google docs.
Tools Used: Rectangle Tool, Perspective Grid Tool, and the Pen Tool.

Portrait Project
Basic Shapes (the major areas including face, hair, clothing, neck)
Line-Art: (eyes, nose, mouth, ears)
Shading
(There is shadow and highlight areas)
Hair: (eyebrows, eyelashes, facial hair)
Color: basic shapes have fill color

This was my favorite project to make out of them all. I traced the original image, added all of the previous shadings, redrew the hair, and filled all the shapes with their proper color.
Tools Used: Pen Tool and Feather Effect.
